Human Resources Generalist

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Administer employment procedures including effective recruiting and hiring
  • Administer the compensation programs for employees, including, but not limited to, job analysis, salary surveys, compensation reviews, and performance review systems
  • Assist in administration of benefit programs
  • Develop and deliver required company training
  • Maintain excellent rapport and working relationships with employees and supervisors in an effort to prevent, resolve, and cope with personnel issues affecting the workplace

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop others
  • Three to five years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
