Human Resources Generalist
Essential Responsibilities:
- Administer employment procedures including effective
recruiting and hiring
- Administer the compensation programs for employees,
including, but not limited to, job analysis, salary surveys,
compensation reviews, and performance review systems
- Assist in administration of benefit programs
- Develop and deliver required company training
- Maintain excellent rapport and working relationships with
employees and supervisors in an effort to prevent, resolve, and
cope with personnel issues affecting the workplace
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power
Point
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and
written
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and develop others
- Three to five years of Human Resources experience,
preferably in a manufacturing environment
